Synopsis
Get all organizations _devices _cellular _data _profiles. - > List cellular data management profiles in this organization. Returns each configured cellular data management profile in this organization, including its rules and assigned-device summary counts. Supports filtering by `profileIds` and `serials` and uses cursor pagination.
